Jantar <\/b>(Dinner) <\/i>foi indicada a Melhor Com\u00e9dia do Ano em 2003 na Inglaterra e sucesso de p\u00fablico no West End <\/i>de Londres. A vers\u00e3o brasileira da com\u00e9dia volta ao cartaz dia 4 de mar\u00e7o<\/b>, no Teatro ViradaLata<\/b>, em S\u00e3o Paulo. O texto, o primeiro montado no Brasil da dramaturga inglesa Moira Buffini, <\/b>tem dire\u00e7\u00e3o do diretor e cineasta uruguaio-brasileiro Mauro Baptista Vedia<\/b>, diretor, entre outros, do grande sucesso de p\u00fablico e cr\u00edtica A Festa de Abigaiu<\/i>. A tradu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de Andre Carvalho<\/b>.<\/p>\n

A temporada vai at\u00e9 23 de abril<\/b>, com sess\u00f5es aos s\u00e1bados \u00e0s 21h e domingos \u00e0s 20h. Os ingressos custam R$ 40, com meia-entrada (R$ 20) e podem ser adquiridos na bilheteria do teatro, de ter\u00e7a a s\u00e1bado, das 14h \u00e0s 23h, domingo das\u00a09h \u00e0s 22h.<\/p>\n

Retrato da sociedade contempor\u00e2nea, onde a utopia e a esperan\u00e7a genu\u00ednas perderam-se no consumo desenfreado, Jantar <\/i><\/b>mostra a dualidade do homem superficialmente bem-sucedido, mas capaz de se autodestruir ao revelar sua vaidade e ego\u00edsmo durante uma elegante refei\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro pratos.<\/p>\n

No elenco est\u00e3o Michelle Boesche, Alexandra Golik, H\u00e9lio Cicero, Julia Diniz, Marco Barretho, Mauro Schames <\/b>e Victor de Seixas. <\/b>A cenografia e os figurinos levam a assinatura de Mauro Baptista Vedia<\/b>, a ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de Aline Santini <\/b>e a trilha sonora, de Jonathan Harold<\/b>. \u201cA pe\u00e7a se caracteriza pela riqueza das personagens, muito singulares e exc\u00eantricas. Procuro dirigir os atores de forma a cada um deles ter uma composi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica diferente. Cada um com seu tempo, voz e corpo pr\u00f3prios. O enredo, com v\u00e1rios pontos de virada, apresenta cada um deles de forma c\u00f4mica e surpreendente, \u00e0s vezes surreal, levando o espectador a refletir sobre o que v\u00ea, na mesma medida em que tamb\u00e9m se diverte. Como alerta, aponta para um mundo cada vez mais desigual e competitivo a todo custo, onde as rela\u00e7\u00f5es humanas importam cada vez menos.<\/p>\n

Em uma entrevista ao jornal londrino The Independent<\/i>, \u00e0 \u00e9poca da estreia, a autora Moira Buffini, tamb\u00e9m reconhecida roteirista de cinema e televis\u00e3o, falou sobre seu processo de cria\u00e7\u00e3o e de suas impress\u00f5es a respeito da obra:<\/p>\n

\u201cToda vez que eu tento escrever sobre algo realmente s\u00e9rio, acaba se tornando c\u00f4mico. Em Dinner, queria mostrar um mundo fora do comum. Por isso, deliberadamente, criei personagens inteligentes, educados e liberais, mas miseravelmente ego\u00edstas, com um vazio espiritual e moral em seus cora\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 tr\u00e1gico, realmente, mas segui adiante porque tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 extremamente engra\u00e7ado\u201d<\/i>, declarou.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00c9 uma dramaturgia bem contempor\u00e2nea, com v\u00e1rias camadas. Um texto muito divertido e muito inteligente, muito pol\u00edtico e agitado ao mesmo tempo, instigante, inteligente a \u00e1gil. O desafio da dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 conseguir dar conta de todas estas camadas com sutileza e m\u00faltiplos ritmos\u201d<\/i>, acrescenta Vedia.<\/p>\n

Vedia, tamb\u00e9m diretor de cinema (Jardim Europa_, dirigiu tr\u00eas obras teatrais do cineasta e dramaturgo Mike Leigh, A Festa de Abigaiu (mais de 60.000 espectadores em tr\u00eas anos de temporada), Extase e Os penetras, a pe\u00e7a Liga\u00e7\u00f5es Perigosas (teatro FAAP) e a infanto juvenil Gangue, ganhadora de tr\u00eas pr\u00eamios FEMSA.<\/p>\n

Vedia ressalta ainda que preferiu manter as refer\u00eancias brit\u00e2nicas contidas no texto original, por entender que a estrutura de classes e o comportamento delas \u00e9 bem diferente do que ocorre no Brasil. \u201cPor outro lado, tratamos de quest\u00f5es universais, como a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre elite e classe trabalhadora, o que certamente vai envolver o p\u00fablico quanto \u00e0s quest\u00f5es ali colocadas\u201d, <\/i>afirma.<\/p>\n

Sinopse <\/i><\/b>\u2013 <\/i>Um casal re\u00fane amigos para um jantar.Todos experimentam grandes transforma\u00e7\u00f5es em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao passado e expressam, ao mesmo tempo, irrita\u00e7\u00e3o e conformismo. A anfitri\u00e3, elegante e \u00e1cida, recebe um cientista brilhante e egoc\u00eantrico; uma vegetariana \u00e0 primeira vista ap\u00e1tica, mas que, na verdade, est\u00e1 atr\u00e1s de seu marido; uma apresentadora de TV vista como mulher-objeto, mas c\u00ednica e inteligente; um escritor de best-seller <\/i>narcisista; um garoto de entregas que se diz ladr\u00e3o de mans\u00f5es, ardiloso e revoltado; e um misterioso gar\u00e7om, contratado pela internet.<\/p>\n
